台灣是 UICH Les Clefs d’Or 國際網絡的一員。會員透過分會與全球同業建立長期信任，形成真正可被旅客使用的 Concierge network。
國際總會官方網站目前列 James Ridenour（Australia）為 UICH Les Clefs d’Or International President；他於 2025 年接任。
目前官方網站列出的主要國際執行團隊包含 President、President’s Representative in Paris、1st / 2nd / 3rd Vice Presidents、General Secretary、Assistant General Secretary 與 Treasurer。
國際組織目前分為七個 Zone，由 Zone Directors 作為執委會與各分會之間的重要溝通橋樑。
